Review summary
Love NCL and their beverage package. This ship seemed to have lacked the usual level of excellence NCL provides. The staff were less informed and often gave conflicting information. The food in the no extra money restaurants was only good, not great. The tenders used on the stops was chaotic and unorganized, resulting in long waits on both shore and from the boat. 1 and 1/2 hour wait one time. Drink lines at times were rediculously long. Need more staff.

Thank you for posting your review. The bigger ships seem to have issues with crowd management as many people point to lines and crowds etc. as downsides of their negative experience.

Leaves me wondering if you'd had a similar set of experiences aboard smaller ships? I'm sure that more people on a ship equals more waiting, more lines, problems getting served...
