Very disappointing. We won't cruise on the Encore again and will probably take a break from NCL for a bit.

Port of Miami was closed due to winds, the communication was very sparse, we all ended up jammed into the terminal together for hours in a space meant to hold a quarter or less of that capacity.

Food was truly horrid. Oddly, the "specialty" restaurants were no better despite the price. We sent the food back at the Mexican specialty restaurant. It was the worst Mexican we've ever had.

They had such short window to turn around the ship between sailings because of the late disembarkation of the prior cruise- you could tell they were just over it. Trash from the prior cabin occupants was in my cabin bathroom, my room didn't get made every day.
Ship Quality

First and last time on this ship. For whatever reason, they hold most events at the Atrium, which is not designed to hold that many people. It also makes hearing a rep at guest services impossible.
