Review summary

Very disappointed my husband missed 2 days of our cruise & our last excursion because he was not feeling well after being served a meal that was not gluten free.

The manhattan room was poorly staffed. Service was not great for our experience. My husband has Celiacs disease and it’s clear the staff does not understand the seriousness of the disease or what can happen to a person that is served a meal with gluten.

I feel it was a good size overall, however requiring a card in the slot on the wall to turn the lights on, we found to be inconvenient.

Ship tip

Make sure your dietary needs are addressed at the very beginning of the cruise by pre-ordering, of which we were not informed of.

Yes. Address dietary concerns pre booking, but also talk to the head waiter on the first night. We have only sailed Princess, and each night, the head waiter delivered a menu for the following day, so that I could choose my meal, and they would make it as I needed. Worked very well
