Review summary

Overall an awesome trip!!! We did this in honor of my dad passing and I wished my mom could've had better customer service, but the views were amazing and we had a lot of fun!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Awesome food! A little overwhelming in the cafe. So many options.

Onboard Activities

We loved bingo, the pools were crowded most times, kids running around and overstaying their welcome in the hot tubs, the drop slide HURT. I mean a lot of kids went down after me and their backs were TORN UP afterwards. It didn't happen the day before though, so I think maybe they had less water running the day we went? Not sure but it felt like nails the whole way down. The bigger slide was a lot of fun but the wait was astronomical. 30+ minutes for a 2 minute slide.

Entertainment

The musicians and the Choir of Man were awesome!!!! Such great and fun people to be around. We LOVED the Adele, Elton John, and Billy Joel tributes!!

Children's Programs

Did not bring kids.

Service and Staff

Almost everything was amazing except for guest services when it came to my mom needing a wheelchair. They wanted us to pay the full week just to bring off the wheelchair for a single day. They were rude and uncaring. The next day they offered the wheelchair for the one day but it was too late for the port my mom wanted to see. Why could they not have given it to me the day before? It took me writing to the general manager for a change to be made. Everyone else was fabulous. Our cleaning staff went above and beyond multiple times. Waiters were awesome!

Ship Quality

They consistently kept up with cleaning! It was awesome to see how clean the ship was daily on the inside and out. We even witnessed them repainting the outside of the boat while we were in port so that the ship was maintained in excellent condition. The layout was fantastic. By the time we learned our way around, we had it easy peasy. So many fun things on the boat to do and see!

Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect size, lots of storage, the balcony was huge, the view was great! Loved how close our room was to The District Brew House!!!

Ship tip

Make sure you walk the Waterfront and check out the Sugarcane Mojito Bar!!! Two of our favorites.

Slow and annoying. Unable to use the stairs to get off the boat, elevator only... waited forever for one!
