Our room steward Jonas was AMAZING! The cruise entertainment leader Will was also AMAZING! I had an issue with the spa manager Anou. She should not be a manager let alone in a customer service position. She was HORRIBLE, rude out was outright caught in a lie. They were offering services (specials) for the spa. two of us decided to take her up on the offer: $50 off the massage package. We would end up paying $179 which we agreed to. We never stepped inside the spa to book, they did it told us out appointment and then we showed up at that time. Once there we were taken back given the massage (which was just okay, could have been more massage vs tapping on me or continuously just adding more oils to rub on) After I was left in the room to get dressed and I noticed a receipt that had the total plus a service charge close to $50. When I asked about it she said it was just something the ship did and that there was an additional line for me to add a tip, which I did so because it was awkward with her standing there until I did. I asked was the service charge not her tip and she said no. I was not happy that we werent told about this charge prior to even going in. I complained about it and the spa manager said it was her tip, I said you stated it was a change done by the ship and not ya'll and then asked for an additional tip on top of that. She responded well its what she earned. I said shouldnt that be at my discretion on what I wanted to tip and she said no. I said you outright lied about what the charge was and tried to play it off and get additional money on top of that. I felt misled and lied to. having never stepped foot in the spa to book or book from the app, website, tv I had no way of knowing about this service charge. After 3 days of battling her and then telling them I was not going to pay it (even changing my account over to cash and removing my card) they reversed it. I was fine pay everything else as I agreed to and even took excursions at each port, but it became more about the principle of the fact that she lied and I felt misled as if it was a bait and switch. I have cruised every year with them (minus the pandemic) and have never had an experience like that with any other. I was also traveling with a first timer so it left her a little sour about the service/customer service.

Our cabin was great, perfect position on the boat with great views. Jonas our room steward was AMAZING!!!!
Ship tip
DO NOT GO TO THE SPA!!!! ANOU THE MANAGER WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET EXTRA MONEY
We have missed this port many times even though on our itinerary due to weather. Finally being able to stop it was just okay. I was expecting more from their private island. Not bad just not amazing either.
A little chaotic, but thats to be expected. They put several of our pink colored luggage tag groups in the wrong color so we had to go hunt our luggage down.
