The Encore is a beautiful ship and we enjoyed ourselves on the cruise. Hopefully they will improve their WiFi as we and many others had problems with it.

Go carts and water slides were great and accessible. Lounge chairs anywhere near the pool were hogged by people staking out a claim on theirs in the early morning.

We attended as many shows as possible and they were excellent. Particularly, the Choir of Man and the Beatles Experience were especially great.
Service and Staff

All staff were courteous and efficient. The Cruise Director was something of a disappointment, however. Compared to other Cruise Directors we have had on past cruises, she did not measure up.
We've been to St. Thomas 4 times before so we booked an excursion to go snorkeling instead of sightseeing or shopping. After about an hour of walking to the dock and waiting for the boat, we found out the blat engine was blown and the excursion was cancelled. NCL refunded the excursion but our day was spoiled.
