Review summary

Extremely nice and clean ship. One of the best we've been on. Entertainment was out of this world great. Staff and crew was awesome. With limited passengers there was no waiting. Pool areas were great also. The go cart track and slides were a nice change. Laser tag and the Galaxy Pavillion will be next on the list of things to do!!!

Embarkation

Fast and smooth. Added testing was even a breeze. Start to finish less than an hour

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main dining room and specialty dining was excellent. The buffets were good, but It seemed a little lackluster. Pasta bar was very good. One night I saw they were making crepes and they were excellent.

Onboard Activities

with limited passengers (only about 1400) there was no waiting for anything. Spent alot of time at the pools which was great. The slides were awesome. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the go carts. Unfortunately, we didn't do the laser tag or Galaxy Pavillion but we will next year when we're back on the ship.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Dj's were great. Country band Chattahoochee was very good at "Q". The highlight of the trip was the shows. Choir of Man and Kinky Boots were probably the two best shows I have seen on cruise ships. They have really stepped up their game.

Children's Programs

This wasn't available for our cruise, although we do have a 9 year old daughter.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service and staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean and pristine. Decor and layout was very thought out. There was plenty of room for relaxing at every turn.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
cabin was spacious for the most part. It would be great if there was a little more room between the bed and the wall. seemed like someone was always in the way to get through. the balcony was great. made the morning coffees even better. bathroom was very spacious and the "car wash sprayers were a nice added touch.

Ship tip

There is so many places that we didn't see on the ship. It is very big. Take some extra time to do walk abouts. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

We were diverted to Nassau Bahamas. Did not get off. Been a few times. Unless you do an excursion, I don't like the fact that you get bombarded by the locals when you get off the ship.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

We did the Powercat snorkelling excursion. Caitlyn, Ben and Capt Kev. were awesome. They made the trip. Ben when down and got an octopus and we were able to hold it. Really cool. We also saw a green sea turtle and a bunch of different types of fish and sea life. Great adventure!!!

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

We We waited too long to book an excursion and missed out. Only on the island from 6am to 1 pm.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

Nice Island. We rented snorkel equipment. It was good but nothing special to see. Although they did say stingray were feeding in the grassy areas, but were gone by the time we ventured out there. It was nice that the beverage packages and food were included.

Disembarkation
