Review summary

Overall I would do it again! There is always good points and bad points about anything we do, I just have learned to stay calm and enjoy life!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Great, aside from pushy passengers, and impatient people who wanted to be crabby instead understanding! The crew was great

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Only a couple of things I didn't care for but other then that they had something for everyone.

Onboard Activities

Didn't use the pool deck much, It was very crowded but to be expected you are on a ship with 4000+ people. But we enjoy the spa, and out deck off our room! There are plenty of places to sit on the other decks if you enjoy quiet like we did. Being from a small town we are very friendly and most cruiser are relaxed and calm, we seemed to find the not so friendly people fighting over chairs that they weren't in, and being rude. So not much time was spent on the pool deck, we enjoyed the carts one day. We found there is so many places on this ship we just stayed clear of the pool crowd.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We loved the Top Shelf Band, just sad they didn't get more exposure seemed like they were tucked away in a corner, when we actually had to leave the center of the ship bar and dinner because it was loud and the band was horrible, the shows were great. Choir Men Rocked.

Service and Staff

Great Friendly and helpful!

Ship Quality

Bathrooms were alway very clean and neat, except the smoking area, I don't smoke but I feel very sad for the people who do, to put them in a glass care seemed kinda like they were being discriminated against. I under stand area for them, the ones with open air were amazing there is so much room on this ship you could offer them a place that they don't feel like animals

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
bed was a little unconformable, but other then that amazing

Ship tip

Just to be kind at all times, help out where needed. there are over 4000+ People on the ship! And it's huge Enjoy it! Enjoy life! it is a blessing you are able to go on a vacation. This was a bucket list item for some! and rudeness gets you nowhere.

Ports of call

I was unable to go off the ship this night due a health issue I deal with daily, but my friends and family enjoyed it. and it looked amazing from my balcony.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

This stop was my favorite!! I loved every minute of it! Especially the Jeep Tour! We have Jeep back home! WE LOVED SEEING THE ISLAND IN THIS WAY!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
We seen a lot of Jewelry stores! but all and all I wish we had done a excursion and seen more of the island.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

5 out of 5
A Great way to end the trip, if we could have calmed the seas that would have made it easier. We enjoyed our own Cabana that was a great way to enjoy friends and family for the day! A bit cool there but we expected that due to it being February! the coolest thing is on the way out back to see we seen a Shark surface the water, and it was so amazing flipped over on it's belly just swimming around.

Disembarkation

I agree the "glass cage" for smokers is rediculous. If NCL just designated a place above and downwind of the rest of the crowd everyone would be happy. Instead they put the "glass cage" right in the main deck area. There is no glass below the knees, above the head, or in the front so the smoke just spills over into the main deck affecting the nonsmokers. The smokers are happy though because they don't have to leave the main area to smoke.
