We always love NCL and are hoping the new Leonardo class ships have a complete walk around on one of the decks and hope they have access to the front of the ship up top we miss that

Very fast and finally platinum latitude members were included, we got on right away, there is however no obvious lines we had to struggle to get past all the people just standing waiting for their # to be called

Specialty restaurants were all very good, it was very nice that the ship didn’t seem full and none of the restaurants were overly busy
Onboard Activities

Pretty standard, gym was nice but many of the electronics on the equipment wasn’t working. Pool was nice but we miss the spice h2o area for adults only now you have to pay to go to the vibe beach club.
Disappointing that they have strict weight limits on the slide and karts, I’m 6’3” 300 lbs big man but not going to bust the slide that I’ve been on many other times on other ships
Karts take it or leave it they are too slow anyway. Games in atrium are fun
Entertainment

We only got to kinky boots but it was nice to see more of a broadway show versus dance shows. The small venue singers and band was not great just ok
Service and Staff

It was nice to see so many familiar faces, only two issues our waitress at Onda was in a hurry with everything she even took my wife’s food away before she was finished, and when you only have 6 raviolis every one counts 😂

Cabin / Stateroom

Alway happy with balcony cabin, our room steward was less than good, never got on our schedule always in the room when we got back from activity or coming to turn down very late like after 8pm we are early up and early to bed, came back a couple times at 8:30 and she was down the hall, we never got towel animals, I was wondering if they stopped doing that but I saw others post on FB. We found a sock under the bed from previous cruise, we never got out 4 waters for being platinum, took 3 days and 3 calls to front Dept to get our strawberry’s, we sent laundry twice and both times a day and a half went by we had to call to get it back, she wasn’t checking on it , but I know it happens we have had great ones and not so great , I don’t fault NCL but I think they should have a cabin supervisor inspecting
Ship tip
The observation lounge is a great place to relax, go to far end of buffet less people, most stop at first food sighting
