Review summary

I took my Mom and family 7! Rooms for her 95th birthday. Big mistake with the kosher food. Staff was also very difficult to work with when requesting location to have prayer services other than your Friday night routine. Would not let me list their availability to other Jewish guests

Minor confusion on which entrance to use but over all very smooth. Long uphill walk pulling luggage especially over the many carpeted areas

The fresh to order kosher food and real dishes and cutlery was non existent. Even the disposable plastic ware was the cheapest and flimsiest. The frozen kosher food was not edible and would have caused a riot if served in prison or the military. I lost over 6 lbs
