Review summary

New ship but in my opinion is better designed for Alaska, north Europe sailings, but not for Caribbean.Finally non smoking casino with enclosed smoking area👏🏻,balcony rooms squished, only one & very small adult pool which is overcrowded & next to kids pool for amount of people on the ship. Food repetitive.

Small room with about 7 inches between bed & wall to walk. Small TV.

Ship tip

Only one & small adult pool next to kids pool & gets extremely overcrowded. Hong have H2O area for 18+

Is not San Juan which is beautiful, but ship arrived @ 5:30pm & after one hour was dark & you couldn’t enjoy walking as well it didn’t feel safe...

The NCL Encore was our first NCL cruise it wasn’t what we expected to be NCL is not our favorite cruise line we rather go on royal and carnival cruise
