Had an excellent time on the Dawn in March 2018. The detail for cleanliness was amazing. Staff was excellent. Food was excellent although I am not a buffet guy. The Aqua and Venetian are amazing (Venetian window view is my favourite). Specialty Restaurants are worth the price upgrade as they were great experiences. Entertainment was first rate each night in Stardust Theatre. Other venues had great professional entertainers too. Cruise director and assistant CD were great. Embarkation and debarkation were flawless at Tampa. Muster is done simply and efficiently while we are all seated comfortably in the main dining rooms. Discovered the best server I have ever had in any restaurant. Putu in Venetian is top notch and should be training all the others on the ship. Highly recommend the Dawn.

The only thing bad eas the disembarkation process. Need improvevement Very desorganized

Wanted to try a smaller ship after sailing the Epic and Breakaway. Never felt crowded did not have trouble finding seats, nice not having to reserve seating for the shows. Not a god ship for older children not enough to keep them entertained.

Great cruise!!! Buffet food was ok. It could have been warmer. First time I've ever had a comfortable bed. Staff was mostly great. Harvest Caye was wonderful.

Great cruise. Harvest Cay is fantastic! I’ve been on other cruises and this was the best so far, even beating Disney’s cruise

I won't sail Norwegian again... below average food, poor ship layout, not enough pool space or pool chairs.

Overall was a positive experience except for the constant attempts for cruise staff to provide you additional ($$$$$) services, for a fee of course. Also was a little irritating how NCL would nickel & dime you for basic amenities. You really need to charge for the fitness center.

This was the first time we taken a cruise and we had a great time. Not even within a month after this cruise we booked are next once for the following year on the Epic

Mostly enjoyable. Requiring a minimum number of characters is unwarranted.

Great crew. Great drink and specialty meal packages. Nice sized ship even for our back to back 21 nights. Ask for foam bed topper.

Overall I probably won’t sail with Norwegian again as they have inflated the prices too much and have become an old clientele cruise. This was our 8 th Cruise.

Was so happy to be able to take my mom and step dad on the vacay of a lifetime. We stayed in the 2-bedroom owner’s suite and it was everything advertised. Level of attentiveness was stellar. Amenities uncharted. Our next cruise was in the Haven 👍🏾 Sans granny and papa 😆

We're a long-time-married and nearly-retired couple from Texas, and our cruise on Dawn was our 26th, our 9th with NCL. We originally chose this cruise due to the itinerary, though Mother Nature had other plans. After learning of the updated itinerary, we decided to proceed, as the new itinerary pleased us more than the original. Overall I found nothing to complain about, though we're of the opinion that your experience is what you make of it, regardless of the circumstances. Should one look hard enough, negatives are certainly to be found, but again, we prefer to accentuate the positives. Food was, though hearty and satisfying, mostly average. Buffet was sometimes less than "hot", though adequately warm. The lunch grill, much the same. French fries were awesome! Dining room fare was, again, average, but mostly well presented and served to order. We didn't avail ourselves of any of the specialty restaurants onboard, though we heard many good things. Cabin service was, for the most part, excellent, though sometimes the make-up service in the morning ran somewhat late, but it was always done efficiently. We did some shore excursions through NCL, some we booked on our own through independent tour operators. The one we counted on most, in Aruba, we missed due to the changed itinerary, putting us in Aruba a day late, and despite emailing our tour guides and requesting a day's postponement, we were unable to connect. No worries, we did some great snorkeling in Curacao, as well as Dunns River Falls in Jamaica, something we'd never done despite having been to Jamaica 3 times previously. Entertainment was good for the most part, with an extraordinary Irish comedian, an excellent stand-up man, Mr. Rivas, an actual Caribbean steel band for poolside (for once, much preferable to recorded music) a fabulous show band, and we much enjoyed Manila Soul, the lounge band. Highlight for us entertainment-wise was the night in the Atrium when some of the vocalists onboard sang with the showband, but solos and duets, with the best being from the lady with Rockaway Duo and the lead female singer from Manila Soul, Bambi. Those 2 completely divergent styles and voices blended flawlessly, leaving us wishing for more! Both embarkation as well as disembarkation was fine with us, being our first time cruising from Tampa. Overall, we'd recommend Norwegian Dawn and her attentive crew to anyone desiring something different from the standard 7 day cruise.

I always enjoy any cruise. Staff is always wonderful and friendly.

this our 30 cruise will not go back to Norwegian even if its free again

The cruise was good, 11 days gives plenty of time to relax. The port itenary for this cruise could not have been better.

Did the Norwegian 11 day southern cruise from Tampa. Very enjoyable cruise. A little cool in Key West only in 50's. All other islands in 80. Food was good. Ate in four special restaurants: Cagneys(best), Los Lobos was good, Teppanyaki, and La Cucina. In addition ate in Venetian and Aqua. Enjoyed these better that the free for all at the buffet. Breakfast at the Venetian was great. Ports were good went on excursion at Curacao, Bonaire and Jamaica. Curacao and Jamaica ended up as private tour because no one booked through cruise excursioneer except us. Tour guides were excellent. Have used these tours past two cruises haven't had a bad one yet. Looking to book another cruise with Norwegian next year.

Enjoyed our fifth cruise. Cruising very relaxing. Enjoy Norwegian because of free style eating. I'm probably in minority but if I'm on vacation I don't want to have dress up to eat. Enjoyed visiting the Caribbean islands.

Great cruise, enjoyed the Dawn again and all of the staff. The entire staff were so professional and friendly.
