Been on 4 Boston to Bermuda cruises and didn’t experience any of your problems. Are you normally unhappy with vacations? I work so hard during the year at home/work that I would never complain being away with NCL crew waiting on me 24-7! ❤️💕💗

Went on the Dawn last year out of New Orleans and had an amazing time. Ship is beautiful. Have sailed Norwegian 5 times and will be sailing again this June for my daughter's wedding that is taking place on the Dawn.

On the Dawn January 17-28, cabin on the 12th deck. Used all doors coming and going multiple times a day without any problems. Everything in this review IMHO is garbage. We weren’t made to leave our rooms at anytime, food was great as usual and never had any problems finding deck loungers anytime or any day. Please don’t let an uniformed review influence your decision to sail the Dawn.

Been on 3 Norwegian cruises had not had a bad one yet. Tampa was easiest port I disembark from. Sorry for your bad experience.

I can agree that the table under the TV needs to be redesigned, but disagree with almost everything else you said. Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise last month to the ABC islands. Service, staff, food and entertainment were excellent. Sorry you hit your head.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience!!! I've been on the cruise four time and have my Fifth book this July and wouldn't even think about going on another cruise !
