The cruise was a great time. The staffs were wonderful which made the cruise a better experience. They were so many activities to do, and so little time during the day as the time always fly by when people are having fun. The kid's camp program was also an excellent aspect because it gave the parents time to participate in adults only activites without the children.

I had a great time, The Norwegian Dawn was great, the staff was unbelieveable, i woudld definatley go again just not during hurricane season!

The ship is beautiful. Very elegant and clean

Overall I enjoyed this cruise even though I was reluctant to board due to Hurricane Irene crossing the ship's proposed course. We had a very smooth sail and arrived on time without so much as a ripple. Wonderful staff and excellent entertainment.

Clean, well run with excellent staff, courteous, very friendly. Small pool but alot of younger kids allowed in. Enjoyed casual dining. Food OK. Staterooms were very comfortable and clean. Directions around ship a bit inadequate. Elevator exit should be labeledeg A through C from bow area. Enjoyed the cruise but limited time in Bermuda dissapointing. Arriving Sunday when everything is closed.Then really only one complete day in port.

The ship was too small. The staterooms were big enough for the beds only. Could not move around. I felt the crew was very cold towards people except the housekeeping staff. This was the only time we left a tip for the housekeeper as he made it his business to know our names from day one. and made us feel welcomed! All others couldn't care less!

We stayed in one of the Owner's suites, and the size and layout was very nice (truly the best way to travel). Our butler, Jose, was pleasant, had a great sense of humor, and did most everything just right. Our room steward, Ronald, was also exceptional and very friendly, while our Concierge, Virginia, was able to get us reservations when and where we wanted. The Dawn is a beautiful ship, although we personally preferred the smaller Spirit. The ship's layout was a bit odd, and the fact that they were still completing deck 12 construction didn't help. Staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We ate at the Specialty restaurants every night and all were very good with the exception of La Cucina italian restaurant which was so disappointingly mediocre to awful - perhaps we should have just ordered pizza!

Ship was still being renovated and some areas were closed. Wait until repairs are completed. Dining room food has been severly limited and is pretty much the same every day. It seems they are limiting the main dining to force you into the pay specialty resaurants. The selection in the buffets were good but still just a buffet. The passangers drank A LOT and it was definately a casual and rowdy crowd.

We enjoyed just about everything on this ship. The food, entertainment and staff were fabulous.

We had a great time. I read a lot of bad reviews before I went-was a little concerned The kids had a great time. We had 8 ranging from 10 to 15. They did not do the kids club but found plenty to entertain themselves. The staff was very friendly and nice. Higher ratings for that, lower ratings for food - no shrimp cocktails or lobster. :o(

for first time cruisers, Dawn is just fine. was not impressed with the variety of foods offered in the regular dining rooms. Did not want to spend extra $20-25 per person to go to specialty restaurants. Also not happy about having to pay $12.00 pp per day for automatic gratuities..most times not worth that kind of money

The cruise was smooth with only rough seas one day. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Dining in the Venetian room was elegant, menu was large,well prepared and the staff service was excellent. The on board entertainment was very good, good variety of acts and first class performers we didn't miss a show.

This was an average ship with many places to eat and lots of places to spend your money.

Ship was clean and well maintained. everything in rooms worked..no AC outlets near bed for medical apparatus, charging, or computers. Ship did supply extension cord NC..Bathrooms and showers good size..
