An excellent cruise overall. The ship and stateroom were clean and neat. Plenty to do on board, between restaurants, and events, and entertainment.

Cruise was great,,,, just wish i new what room I had. We had a inside room all the way up front. And that was the worst part off the boat ( as far as being rocky). But can't complain that much it was a great deal!!!

Very boring cruise

Sailed 10/14 - 10/21-11 on Norwegian Dawn out of Boston, embarkations was a breeze as was the disembarkation 1 of the easiest we have ever had. Ship was sparkiling clean and the crew was very friendly all through out the trip. Meals could have been changed a little more, meaning try differnet things each day but they did modify them some every day but mainly the same, food was good though. Specialty resturants many only tried the Gagnys Steak hous wich wwas very good but not worth $25.00 each extra. Buffet was very good on all meals. Ship handled some rough seas very well, crew was excelant service was great. Overall we enjoyed our trip.

As noted above, the ship overall is excellent.

The ship was over all somewhat smaller than the other cruise ships i have been on, even from the Norwegian fleet. The ship was impeccably clean at all times. Easily accessible, overall a beautiful ship.

Ship was clean with public areas refurbished but staterooms were not and were to small. Food was average but not as good as previous NCL cruses other lines.

Understanding the ship is a bit older, feel the maintenance/cleaning could be upgraded. The ship is a bit harder to navigate than we have experienced on past cruises. Like the quiet deck that had hot tub. The "stadium type" decks overlooking the pool were fabulous.

The ship was nice but the staff was not friendly, a lot of them seemed to have poor attitudes. The people at the front desk did not speak very good English and were always questioning everything said to them. It took 3 and 4 times of repeating before they understood what we were saying. The food was terrible. I would not suggest the specialty restaurants because the food is not much different from the main dining. One example is that the "Rib Eye" steaks were about 1/8 of an inch thick and did not contain any bone for flavor.

like I stated above it was an amazing experience, can't wait for next year!!

I recommend you seperate smoking and non smoking staterooms, the people next to us smoked and the fumes kept coming into our stateroom. It made us sick and we had to close the deck door a lot. Aside from this we liked the cruise. I will not stay in a stateroom with smokers next to me again!!!!!

Had a wonderful time on this cruise. Great food, great entertainment, and still much needed relaxation! We were fortunate to have calm seas and beautiful weather in Bermuda. We obtained inexpensive bus tokens to see the island and go to the beaches. It cost $8 for a round trip token for 1 day. We went to Elbow beach , which was very nice, and got positioned with our beach towels , etc, in front of a resort. We were told by staff , that the beach was for "guests only" . So, we moved over 40 feet. But you could still use their facilities. Horse Shoe Bay beach was our favorite. Pictures don't do it justice. The cruise ship was very nice. Staff were friendly and our cabin attendant, "Mickey" was cheerful and made us feel welcomed. We were very impressed with the band they had in the evening at the pool side and loved the evening shows at the Stardust theater. It was nice that you could "get away " to the front of the ship , in the quiet zone and just relax , read or take a nap. We also got to play scrabble in the library. It was cool on Sunday to go to the Spinner's lounge with all the other Patriot fans and cheer for them while eating chicken wings. It felt like a super bowl game! We had a great vacation!!!

The Norwegian Dawn sailed smoothly and the weather was great. This is the first time on Norwegian and we would sail again on this cruise line. The ship is a little hard to navigate but we managed throughout the week to get to where we wanted to go. The elevators were a little wait but who is rushing, you're on vacation!! The staff was very helpful. Harold did a great shop keeping up our room. The balcony was well worth the money to sit and relax while at port in Bermuda. The view was great.

cruiser from western Mass on the dawn Oct 7, 2011 This was our second time on the dawn, and thought it was even better than the first. A big reason we choose the dawn is the stadium seating on the deck-really love that! This was our first time in a balcony room and it was amazing. I'm sure we will stick to a balcony room from now on. The employees were great, we found them very friendly and helpful. We ate in three specialty restaurants and found them to be very good! Well worth the money! Happy cruising!

Our trip to Bermuda on NCL Dawn was great fun, with friendly staff, a child-friendly atmosphere, and enough activities to keep everyone (mom, grandmother, and two kids ages 9 & 11) entertained. Food was very good (although not exceptional), evening shows (magic show, Bollywood) were terrific, and other activities (crafts, scavenger hunts, cupcake-decorating, trivia and other game-show like activities) were good diversions while at sea. This was not a luxury experience but good value and a good cross-section of experiences for a multi-generational cruise experience.

Very good ship. Clean bright & lots of things to do for all age groups. Large selection of restaurants. Many things to entertain. We were not able to find a quiet place to curl up with a book except the library but the seats were worn & uncomfortable.
