This was part of a cruise tour. We should have done the B2B! The ship's staff was top notch and we really enjoyed this portion of the trip.

Overall, I was pleased. I did not like the ship layout as well as the Pearl. Also, I needed more ways to charge cell phones and tablets in the cabin.

The service on the Norwegian Dawn was outstanding! I really cannot put in words how amazing the crew is. We especially appreciated Irene and Joseph.

I couldn't have asked for better first cruise. The accommodations were great, food awesome and it allowed us to just focus on family time.

Food and service ....plainly sucked. Help never smiled. Choice of food was not great. Alot of Indian and middle East foods

We were lucky to have great weather throughout the week.

NCL's customer service (not the crew, the management) left a lot to be desired. Last minute itinerary change and very late notification to passengers didn't allow cancellations, re-packing, etc. Staffing while in port was lacking (esp. given that many folks were not interested in the ports). NCL had no info on the new ports.

This was my first experience with NCL and I left very disappointed on many levels regardless of the change of destination and will most likely not be recommending NCL to friends or family going forward

Very disappointed we where only given back $30 for going to Canada instead of Bermuda

This was supposed to be a cruise to Bermuda but it was rerouted to Canada. While I can understand the reason for the change, it would have been nice to know this before I was in route to the porch. What made it worse was when we got on the ship and some of the staff members told us the decision was made Thursday morning to go to Canada. NCL showed no concerned forwards passengers, never even offered so much as a drink to anyone for the inconvenience. Funny but friends of ours on carnival were offered $1000 certificate to use on a future cruise. Apparently NCL is more concerned about the money then it is about making people happy

Because of hurricane possibility we were not sent from Boston to Bermuda. Instead, without any option to opt-out, the ship went to Canada for 7 days with no refund. Norwegian is a cruise line that has no conscience. I can understand if we were going on a 7-day trip that included 4-5 different stops and we had to skip a port due to weather, but cruising to Bermuda is different. Bermuda from Boston is a one stop trip there and back and to force patrons to go to Canada instead of just giving a voucher for a future cruise is terrible business. Even if half the people opted out and they lost money going to Canada or not going at all, that’s ok. They are a huge company that makes huge profits. To take a loss on this trip would’ve been a mere drop in the bucket. Stick with the other cruise lines!!

Overall, great cruise. Smooth seas and perfect weather. Great time with good friends. Can't wait to try the Gem next year, although we will miss the Dawn. She is our favorite...so far.

Wow! This was our first cruise and I don't think it could have been more perfect! The weather was fantastic, the crew went above and beyond, Bermuda is paradise so how could it be anything but the vacation of a lifetime? Can't wait to do it again.

Norwegian Dawn first cruise to Bermuda. I have put off going on a cruise for many years and finally gave it a go. One of the reasons never going on a cruise was if I didn’t like it then I can’t get off I am stuck. Well I must admit we had one of the smoothest water crossing the crew had seen all season but I was also just a tiny bit disappointed if wasn’t occasionally a little more rough so I could also experience that. That all being said I really had a fantastic time and have already booked another cruise, I just wish I had taken the on board offer to save up to $1000 on the first day. The staff were virtually all just wonderful and much nicer than many top quality restaurants hotels and resorts I have stayed at around the world. I was concerned that many people complained of very slow service on their cruise but I never saw this. Only one problem on the whole cruise was Cagney’s Steakhouse, was looking forward to a top quality steak with great service but I didn’t get either. I have no idea why people rave about this specialty restaurant as it was so bad in every way I will take a miss on it next time. I actually had a better meal in the main restaurant one evening and the service from the person was also much better in fact they totally blew me away in comparison I could not believe this was complimentary and I had the pay for Cagney’s. Le Bistro I would say I got excellent service and great meal highly recommend this one. I also know a very seasoned traveler on Norwegian and he pretty much only eats in Le Bistro or the Italian restaurant. I met many a nice person on the cruise and even made around 6 new friends I hope to stay in touch with. Overall a great experience I just hope next time will be as good.

Final year on the dawn was excellent. Crew and staff were amazing. Can't wait til next year and start a new chapter on the Gem.

1st cruise to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. Our experience was incredible. The suite we were in has spoiled us for future cruises - just the balcony alone was worth it. Our Butler Jonathan and Room Steward Anna went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted to ensure we had a great time. I cannot compliment them enough. Bermuda was everything we hoped it would be. Friendly and helpful people, beautiful beaches, great shopping and restaurants. Cannot wait to return!

Overall, I never felt too overcrowded. Food options for vegetarians and vegans are limited, even when accomdations are made. Main dining rooms food was not the least bit impressive and while eating my meal, I felt rushed by waitstaff. Staff is kind and always checking up on you. The kind staff was definitely the highlight of the cruise for me.

We had a wonderful time. Looking forward to our next adventure.

I had a great time with my family on this cruise. My second time aboard this ship and the crew were very friendly. My room was kept pretty clean and I am glad I upgraded to the balcony room. It was so much more refreshing to breathe the air outside.

A great and fun cruise ship that is friendly for all ages! Smooth ride back and forth from Boston to Bermuda! The workers always made sure we were getting a good experience!
