Review summary

NCL's customer service (not the crew, the management) left a lot to be desired. Last minute itinerary change and very late notification to passengers didn't allow cancellations, re-packing, etc. Staffing while in port was lacking (esp. given that many folks were not interested in the ports). NCL had no info on the new ports.

They did not make the decision to reroute until the night before as they were trying to see if they could go around. Next tobe how about they sail you thru the middle of the hurricane and see how you complain. Cruising tiki the Caribbean during hurricane season is why it is cheaper. Reroutes happen.

Would that be both NOT good to hear and NOT Nice?? I’ve had similar experiences but as long as the crew is great and the cruise itself is fun, I’ll take it!

Would not cruise NCL again regardless of destination - disappointed on many levels even thou expectations were reasonable and I'm not a normal complainer type, but a appreciative and glass half full person
