Gampy insurance doesn’t cover you for that it only covers you for cancellations or itinerary’s that stop you enjoying yourself.

So that was $30 more than you were due. They owed you nothing. You should have purchased any cancel insurance.

When you book a cruise in September you should know this is hurricane season. NCL owes you nothing. I understand your disappointment but you did book in hurricane season so you should understand the change of itinerary.

They are probably not telling the truth but someone else said they got a full refund in the form of a voucher. You I am sure had a great time even though your destination changed?

Unfortunately that's the risk you take when you schedule a cruise during hurricane season. Don't ever assume that as cruise will transportation to a particular port. So lesson learned

Nice cruise, disappointing Itinerary change

Would not cruise NCL again regardless of destination - disappointed on many levels even thou expectations were reasonable and I'm not a normal complainer type, but a appreciative and glass half full person
