Review summary

This was our 3rd cruise. The 1st 2 were amazing and this was the worst time of my life. The destination DOES matter. A more suitable destination should have been chosen. We were packed for Bermuda and received notification on way to port. We had no clothes to even leave the ship. My beach vacation was taken away. I would have settled for Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard. Where is the beach in Nova Scotia? If my flight is cancelled, they just don't send us anywhere.

did not participate,too depressed about it. Could not use pool as it was freezing. We should have been give free access to SPA as compensation.

The mini bar should be kept stocked. The ice bucket was never filled. This was not a problem on my last 2 trips.

Destination change without warning from Caribbean to Nova Scotia, no time to repack.

We wanted to and booked this vacation. The ports we went to were terrible.

Did you read your T&C. No port is gaurenteed and itinary can be changed.

Nice cruise, disappointing Itinerary change

Would not cruise NCL again regardless of destination - disappointed on many levels even thou expectations were reasonable and I'm not a normal complainer type, but a appreciative and glass half full person
