The 'Dawn' is getting 'tired'. I'm sure she has served NCL well, but it's time to deploy her to a different market. Even though refurbished relatively recently, some items such as the balcony door handle, the toilet flush button and the tub/shower door did not work properly.

Too much loud rock music.

Very clean ship with a great enthusiastic crew. Always something to do if you wanted. Nice setup for kids with a pool in back and water slide along with a kids group if the parents want to leave them supervised by the staff. Nice shops and restaurants and the entertainment was really fun. Loved everything about the cruise.

I have been on the Dawn 5 previous times before this past one. Very disappointing this one was. My butler and stateroom steward were awesome. My room was very clean. The food was terrible compared to past experience. Bland and salty, not must of a variety in the Garden Cafe. The food in the Aqua dining room was horrible along with the service. Le Bistro was fantastic while La Cucina was so so. Cagneys coffee was always cold. There seemed to be a crew overhaul and not for the best either. Crew were not able to answer questions when ask and not as friendly as I have come to expect. What's sad,I had talked 7 members of my family to join us because we have always had a great experience..they got off the ship with a bad taste in their mouth. I was also very-embarrassed. Seems to me NCL has moved some of their best crew members to the newer and larger ships. I prefer the smaller ones. To bad NCL may have lost a customer here.

Clean, organized, friendly.

Not as nice as Disney, but I felt this cruise was a good value. There could have been more deck chairs. If one didn't get out early, none were available.

Have been on the Dawn several times and never been disappointed. Everything was better than one would expect. The cleanliness of the ship is probably what impressed me the most as well as the food services and all the staff. I would live on the Dawn if I could!

It was clean, had roomy cabins, and plenty of space to move around.

We thought the ship was great. The pool was a little smaller then we expected but it was fine.

This was our 4th cruise from Boston to Bermuda on the Dawn...by far the best food we have ever had on this ship..ate at 2 specialty restaurants...Cagneys and LaCuncina and both were great. Main dining rooms Aqua and Venetian were equally as good. We had 9 in our group and made reservations each night for 5:30 and never a problem. Some nights we made the 7PM show and some nights the 9PM....just a really fun time.

we stayed in a penthouse suite, with butler and concierge, espresso coffee every morning with our own machine, fully stocked by our butler every morning, snacks delivered every afternoon, breakfast in cagne's a perk for suite guests,  i got really sick and my butler catered to all my needs, never missing a beat, my room was very large, with a balcony and huge picture window.   this is the way to travel, I left out of Boston, no air fair, saves money for the suite, and Bermuda is always beautiful.

The cruise was wonderful, leaving from Boston hassle free, room great, food fantastic, 3 days in Bermuda were fantastic.  Only complaint had trouble with toilet in room on several occasions, had to use public restroom sometimes during middle of night.

We got on the ship to find out the drink package 497.00 per person u had to buy 2 when i didn't drink.

We played bingo on sat. payed $70.00 for family pack they took in over $7000.00 played 3 games 1st was 250.00 2nd 280.00 3rd 700.00 and thats it. Any games on the boat cost is pricey. food was good but u can not eat at the steak house for free 30.00 per person.  :[

The ship was great...weather not so!

Ship is gorgeous, we had a beautiful room, food was way better then last time we cruised, menu updated and so yummy
