horrible check-in, took over 3 hrs because original greeters kept messing with the lines, taking last people first over and over! Once onboard, ordered to listen to safety before seeing room, eating anything or even going to the toilet. We were cows not people for several hours! Not what I paid to experience!

We loved the ship as a whole the cleanliness, and having a balcony is the only way to go.

Team approach in every aspect of our trip! Customer service was met by every dept. that we interfaced with.

I am writing this because I want to share with you how much I LOVE this ship!! I could sleep very fast and the shows are awesome!! The food is good too especially the FRENCH FRIES!! The swimming pool has salty water but still I like it. The crew on the ship is extremely nice! You get an opportunity to take photos with the captain TEO GRBIC. He is very nice, handsome, and tall!! He was the luggage man before but now he's the captain!! On the last day, I didn't want to leave! I had so much fun I thought that the ship was my home!! Hope you enjoy cursing with NORWEGIAN DAWN!!!!!

The Dawn was a beautiful ship. It was very clean.  The crew were fantastic.  Always pleasant and eager to help.  The buffet was unexpectedly very good.  We enjoyed the entertainment very much.  Armand did a great job as cruise director.  Unfortunately it rained most of the three days we were docked in Bermuda, but we still had a wonderful time.  The beaches are very clean and the water is so beautiful.  We are looking forward to another cruise.

Loved the simplicity of the Norweigian Dawn. Not too small but not too big either. Easy to get around and find things. Shows were fantastic. Staff very courteous and helpful. This was our first time in a penthouse suite. Would highly recommend this to anyone for the many extras in the room along with the extra amenities that are included when staying in a penthouse suite.

Very spacious

We have done the Boston to Bermuda on many occasions on several ships. We have been on the Majesty, the Spirit and the Dawn. Obviously the Dawn is our favorite ship. Plenty to do. Staff is super friendly. Food is delicious. Staterooms are a good size. There is always something to do. I have absolutely nothing negative to stay. We always have an excellent experience with NCL. I would recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to go to Bermuda.

This was our 2nd cruise on the Dawn this summer. This time around NCL did a fantastic job. The crew was outstanding, helpful and happy,happy. This was our ninth cruise with NCL and one of the best ones. Ship was so very clean. Specialty restaurants were great. Our butler Jennifer was awesome and Pablo our stateroom steward was great. I have no complaints whatsoever ever. Great time!!!

The crew was spectacular and fun the ship was clean and had directions everywhere. There was always something to do or of you wanted to do nothing there were quiet areas to do that too. The only draw backs were the smoking on the pool deck and that the food was so good i gained 20 pounds.

Overall this was a great trip. Plenty to do on and off ship to keep us and our 2 teenage girls busy. Would gladly do this trip again!

The ship was clean and well-maintained. Our cabin steward was very efficient and friendly. We felt at home.

We were at sea for several days traveling to and from Bermuda. We were concerned that it might become boring. However, there was plenty to do and the time on the ship was just as enjoyable as Bermuda itself
