Review summary

horrible check-in, took over 3 hrs because original greeters kept messing with the lines, taking last people first over and over! Once onboard, ordered to listen to safety before seeing room, eating anything or even going to the toilet. We were cows not people for several hours! Not what I paid to experience!

Had one \"special\" dining meal in French room\, otherwise used the two large dining areas. Both very nicely decorated and ambience as well as food upscale

Some of the activities mentioned were cancelled w/o notice or just never occurred. The ones I attended were mostly very costly (Deal or No Deal was minimum $20 to participate and only lasted 40 minutes)

Service and Staff

though most of staff was foreign\, all were kind and helpful EXCEPT Norwegian staff at guest services who were oblivious to length of line waiting to see them. This occurred 3 times during the week with me; so probably the norm at other times

very very clean\, sufficient workers to bring drinks (and bussed tables)

Cabin / Stateroom

bathroom half the size of whole stateroom but proved adequate with plenty of storage.

Pros: The food was conistently tasty\, abundant and varied
