Great experience overall.Kids had an awesome time. There could have been more evening activities for adults while kids go to the splash academy. *********

The cruise was nice and we had great weather - rained one morning at the Dockyards but then cleared. Although this was not my bet NCL cruise - I would still travel again with them - I enjoy their laid back easy comfort and walk away relaxed

From the 14th of August until the 18th, the cruise was almost a nightmare, thanks to the injury to my left wrist.

I would go on the Norwegian Dawn again. I don't need to worry about flying and was happy with the overall experiences on the ship. I would tell my friends to go on this ship.

Cruising seems to be for those who like to eat and watch shows or gamble. When I go somewhere I want to be able to easily enjoy it without a battle. The majority of people were 18 and trying to hook up or 50-70 and trying to eat as much as possible is 7 days.

** If u don't want to read this long post.... at least skip down to the end for an important fact ** First time on Norwegian and first/last on the Dawn. Due to the cheaper cost of getting an inside room and my vacation availability I chose the Dawn for me and my two teens. I'm a glass half full person. I've cruised carnival in the past. This ship was disappointing. I don't want to upset future travelers by noting some negatives because despite my experience we still had an amazing trip. So keep that in mind. If u are planning to cruise on this vessel, do your research. So here's my list..... Tappenyaki restaurant. Paid for hibachi and food was not even close to as good as the hibachis back on land. 29.99 for just steak with no noodles even after I asked for them. Waitstaff debated with me about charging for a drink that I didn't order bc I took a sip and said it wasn't what I asked for. Had reservations and waited for 20 extra mins in hallway. Plus another 15 mins once seated. Hallways are confusing. U have to go up a floor then back down to get to something on your same level. Elevators !! Oh what a pain. U push going up button and the elevators going up pass your floor. Same with going down. We watched this happen many times. Randomly u would get one that did it right. I meant to ask about this but never did. Wifi !!! If u have wifi package make sure u log out correctly. I swore that I had and all my minutes used up while I slept. Had to see manager and luckily he gave me back my minutes and taught me the "tricks". Pool - One adult pool which is always crowded during the day and u can barely move ! My social butterfly teen couldn't enjoy it so he spent his free time laying in our inside cabin reading. 24 hour restaurant - one place to eat 24/7 Good food but it's only sit down. So my kids wanted something after 11 and we just wanted a quick buffet thing but not available. Garden cafe was our favorite place for convenience when open. Water from sink is filtered so u can use ice that they give u in ice bucket and drink water that way. Don't waste money on water bottles ! Our inside cabin had a/c control. A button for "instant cool". We would press it bc it was too warm for us and nothing happened. Called a tech in and they said the room was fine. We woke up sweating each morning or just couldn't cover up with blankets. I asked if they could lower air by even 2 degrees and they said they couldn't. Never offered a solution and they don't have fans to use. So we just dealt with it. Never again. I should have gone with a balcony. The last night we asked for room turn down which they did each night. Never got it that night. Didn't care to make any mention at that point. Lastly and most importantly ..... During a q&a with the ships captain. A question was posed about the ships stabilizers. I give credit for the captains honestly .... but the ship currently has ONE stabilizer. Not two like they should have. They did a remodel last year and put 60 million into repairs but left the ship with ONE stabilizer? Or maybe it had zero and could only afford to replace one ? This was not mentioned, but the ship hit a bad storm a year ago which caused this remodel. I'm guessing they lost the stabilizer then? How is it okay to keep a ship out there when it's not up to par? Luckily we had good seas. Just one day of swaying as we walked. And that was with just small waves. This was my biggest concern. The Dawn is a 14 yr old, smaller, cozier ship. But in my opinion, it needs a lot of upgrading and fixing. In the future, I will explore other ships which have more pools, activities, comforts and TWO stabilizers. Sorry for all the negative.... just keeping it real.

⏺Going by on-board booze prices rum-runners (Amazon) are a great purchase. Also buy clips (potato chip bag clips would do) to secure towel to chairs.

We had a very nice time cruising, we were also very lucky weather was great. I would not book shore excursions again from the ship, over priced and could of save quite a bit. Overall an enjoyable trip.

It was a fantastic experience, with the help of great staff. Would do It again in a heartbeat. Enjoyed the great dinning experiences. Daughter could not have enough of Splash Academy.

I love this cruise. It's so easy to leave out of Boston and Bermuda is beautiful. Simon, the Cruise Director, is really funny and personable, he seems to love his job.

I really enjoyed getting away for a 7 day vacation!  I had a small indoor cabin, but it was okay, once the toilets started flushing and the ac was fixed!  The main entertainment was mostly good, especially the one night when there were acrobats mixed with a very good magician.  The one night I hated was the Monday show when the ship had its women dancers grabbing their breasts and motioning down to their you know whats.  I walked out because it was pornographic.  Most of the singing groups were just okay, though the band that played rock from 10 PM one night was very good.  The man in charge of our room was pretty good, esp. when I could understand him.  A couple of the waiters were outstanding, but most were apathetic, forgetful, or even rude.  I went because the price was better than anything around, but I prefer Carnival, which I know is hardly the industry standard.

My favorite part about this Bermuda cruise was being docked for those three days . A nice healthy balance between land an sea. The staff I felt were amazing amazing an more amazing. And extremely helpful. Shout out to Stephen room 9576. The ship was new clean an everything worked like clock work. I will be doing this again next year an I will be bringing a group 😀 

This year will be our 4th cruise on the Dawn. Have always had a great time. The crew members are great and there is always something going on. Looking forward to another great time.

This year is our second year on the Dawn. The staff is amazing and the trip was so good that we had to rebook it again. There were plenty of events to enjoy and the entertainment staff kept things very lively.

 Loved the cruise The kids splash academy and sraff were the best.  The ship was very hard to get around.  The hallways did not connect.  They would dead end at any time on any floor. You had to go through bars and the casino to get to dinner.  It's very hard to navigate.   The room was great except the toilet closet it was very very small.

Had a great time on our cruise to Bermuda! Going again next month. Great service! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Entertainment was fun. Looking forward to another great time!

I absolutely love this ship and itinerary! Service, food and beverages were all fantastic! I can't wait to go again! Only complaint (which has nothing to do with NCL) was as we were checking our bags at the Black Falcon Terminal. After the porter put the first 2 of 3 bags on the rack, he turned to us and asked, and I quote..."are you prone to tipping?" My bag was the one that wasn't on the rack yet and I was the one who had the tip for our 3 bags in my hand, I honestly wanted to say No and save myself a few bucks! I am always one to tip if not over-tip and I was floored that he had the nerve to ask!

We loved the cruise it was me and my husbands 2nd time on a cruise and our kids first time. we wanted to give them a taste of a cruise and on land. they loved it.

it was our 25th anniversary and might be the last time  we get the kids all together for a cruise.

lots of things have changed since we went on our first one 25 years ago when we got married on the Starward/Norwegian. They charge for a lot more but things change with the times.

the things I did not like was the saving of seats around the pool. we would go to the pool at 8am for the hot tubs and saw all these chairs with towels saved and when we would go back around noon, some of the same ones were saved and never visited by anyone. also the little kids in the hot tubs unattended, diving and playing very scary. 

was told we could not bring water on the cruise, noticed a lot of people loading with cases of water.

though most of this did not ruin our cruise or opinion of Norwegian, we just thought some things could have been reinforced.

I would make sure to always take the drink package, it's so worth the savings. just a little shocked that the coffee at the café and soda not included. 

our Steward Maxman was awesome and made sure we had whatever we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Everyone was always pleasant to deal with and went out of their way for you and greeted you as well.

it took us a while to save up for this one and hopefully will go on another one sooner than the last. Thanks for a great experience. 

We were on the 5/26 sailing on the NCL Dawn Boston to Bermuda. Check-in was easy and our cabin was ready when we arrived on the ship. We had an ocean view cabin and I found it to be on the small side, as well as the bathroom to be extremely small. I did love the lemongrass bar soap supplied! The food was good. There were several dishes that were served every night, and several nightly changes. By the end of the week we were basically tired of the same thing. Desserts were delish! We had eaten at the Venetian, Aqua, O'Sheehans, and the buffet. Entertainment was very good. I especially enjoyed the Karaoke in the Bliss Lounge. It was quite entertaining! The pool was small compared to those on other ships, however, there was an abundance of pool chairs available. Our cabin steward, Raymond, was excellent! The room was clean, always plenty of towels, ice, and the best towel animals! Service on the entire ship was outstanding! The one thing that I did not like on this ship was the layout. It was a little confusing and didn't seem to flow as nicely as other ships. Just my opinion... We enjoyed the cruise very much and would definitely do this cruise again.,
