Last 2 on boat even though we paid for priority boarding! No wheel chair as requested for my wife! Had to drag our luggage on board and I’m in my 70s!

11126. Paid extra for suite under garden cafe with chairs scraping the floor or my ceiling until 2 AM! Cabin felt very old and tired. Had to call twice because shower did not drain, phone had to be replaced, and our whole line of rooms had the toilet stop working.
Ship tip
Do not under any circumstances sail on Norwegian! They need to change their name to Pirates of the Caribbean!

This was not our first cruise! We have done over 15 on various cruise lines and had cruised on the dawn before. Also in addition to a terrible cruise 3 of our party came down with Covid the day after returning, so someone on the boat had Covid!
Sorry your first cruise was not as good as it could have been. But why did you not use the standard valet service for your bags? Were they already closed?
