The staff was every bit as hospitable and professional as staff on the Disney cruises we've done. Food was nearly as good (less seafood, but still had some available). The room was smaller, but well-appointed with shelves and a closet and refrigerator.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Good food - nice options, attentive staff
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We had a nail treatment at the salon and loved that - great staff, very professional and also very kind to my daughter who was on crutches.
The pool was nice, but the pool-side music from the DJ was not always family-friendly (during daytime hours). The bands were so-so.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
We did not see stage shows. The bands that played pool-side were okay. The brass bands that played indoors in the atrium were great. See above comment on the DJ music.
Children's Programs
We did not enroll our children in any of the programming.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Very kind and attentive - very good at hospitality.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The staff kept the common areas very clean. Disappointed that there is no self-serve laundry. 7 days and time at the beach makes it difficult to pack. (Laundry services are available but expensive.)
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
The cabin was clean, but very small. We have stayed in the smallest-available inside staterooms on disney ships, and they had a small sofa/spot to sit. The fold-down bed for our daughter had a sign that said "no children." Who was to sleep there?? I bumped my head on it a handful of times, and it made it difficult to maneuver around the already-limited bedside space.
Ship tip
We ate at Cagneys, Bamboo, Venetian and Aqua. We enjoyed all. We were advised by more than one person to avoid the French restaurant.
Lots of shopping, but the shop owners were very assertive in soliciting people on the sidewalk. We ate at La Mission, a 10 minute walk. Excellent food, a Trip Advisor winner.
We visited the sloth and monkey zoo and our kids enjoyed that. Be sure and bring cash for tips. We arranged our own transportation. For $25/person, we had a taxi ride and admission to the facility.
The island was nice, but we were really surprised and disappointed that there was no food or water available without purchase. Disney cruise has all complimentary food & beverages on their island (other than alcohol). There should be some basics - hotdogs, fruit, water, chips...
