The ship and it's amenities are too small for the number of people it tries to serve. The pool is very small, too cold and too deep for shorter people. There is no wading area and no floats allowed. Im 5'2" and could not stand anywhere in the pool. Entertainment was good. Service was good. Food was eh!
No sure I would cruise on this ship again.
Embarkation

Chaotic! Too many people and rooms were not ready. Lots of people with luggage( carry on ) competing for a place to eat, sit and wait for rooms to be cleaned. rooms

Food and Dining

Atmosphere was good and service was good. They kept losing our reservations and that was frustrating. We recommend having them give you your reservations in writing once made. The food was ok, nothing spectacular, but understandable since they are feeding over 2k people. The Garden Cafe is too small to accommodate the number of people to feed and finding a place to sit was very anxiety provoking. Food was cold by the time you could sit and eat it. It was pretty much standard cafeteria food. I would splurge for room service in the future. It would be worth the $6 charge

Ship Quality

Did not care for the lay out. Elevators were small and slow and the waiting areas for elevator s would get very crowded.
Cabin / Stateroom

Fine for two people for a few days. The balcony was nice to give you room to get fresh air. The space is tight and I recommend sharing a room with someone you can tolerate for 7 days.

Why would your want to pay for a service that was free last year ?
If you don't eat in the cafe but in your room it costs them nothing.
Too bad too many people enjoy the 'new' cruising crap -- not me.
