I will not go on this ship again. As far as the cruise line NCL I would really have to think about it again. The service was nowhere as good as other cruise lines I have been on.

There were very long lines to stand in, in the hot sun. People outside the terminal were not very friendly.

The food was okay but the service was very slow and most of the servers in the restaurants were not overly friendly. The specialty restaurants we want to go to were all booked up through the entire cruise. They ran out of real butter, stevia sugar substitute and vanilla soft serve ice cream.

We liked playing Trivia, Family Pictionary and Bingo. The hosts for these were great. Bruno and Matt.

Valentino in O'Sheehans Bar was very outgoing and friendly. She remembered us every day. She is the example that needs to be set for the entire ship. Others didn't seem to know what drinks the bars could make and did not give friendly service. Our room steward was okay.

The layout was fine. The common areas were well worn. Some chairs were getting threadbare and floors and tables were worn. Most of them were clean.

The size was what I expected. The rug needed to be vacumned and was not. The pillows were too thick. The balcony door kept coming off the track and there was a leak somewhere near the toilet that was not fixed until the next to last day.
We were in a very long line that lasted a very long time. We were even in a line going downstairs which is not very stable for me. There was not much direction as to where to go. They were calling the next group before the one before was even halfway done. It was chaos.
Always book excursions as soon as they are made available… ling before your cruise so you are to pick the ones you want !! Most of the good / popular ones sell out very quickly.
