Review summary
We booked the "Deluxe Owners suite" like we typically do. We also made an offer to upgrade to the 3 bedroom Garden Villas. We had no communication from Norwegian if our offer was accepted or not until later in the day (4pm) when we got on the ship. Would have been nice to get that news before we got there. I think they should make it a bidding process instead of making an offer.Embarkation
