Butler was a joke. Small cabin for a family suite.

Where all the extras not listed on their website? Yes they were. A cruise can be as cheap or as costly as you want. There was never a charge I didn't know about ahead of time. So if you felt there were hidden cost I say you didn't do your research or just expect everything for nothing!

Never saw a laundry facility on any cruise line. Never was Nickled to death on any NCL cruise, always a pleasant experience. Always same treatment in any stateroom.

I see lots of complaints about extra charges across all cruise lines. We rarely purchase anything from the cruise line other than the basic cruise fare and the gratuities and have a great time. If you truly want an all-inclusive experience, try Viking, Crystal, Symphony or Regent Seven Seas.

Sorry you didn't like your cruise. Might want to research next time when you try a new line. The lack of specifics in your review kinda makes "me" not take it seriously, at all. Being a multiple NCL cruise veteran really makes "me" not take your review seriously. Again, sorry your cruise sucked, head on back to a cruise line you are comfortable with.
