Review summary

The cruise was beautiful and very relaxing. Unfortunately we hit bad weather twice. One time we rocked and rolled terribly, the next time we took shelter for 1.5 days off the coast of Massachusetts. New York got canceled because of the storms, so we only got off the ship is all. Got up to see the statue of liberty and skyline at 230 am. I still recommend this cruise. The staff was very nice. Food was just ok. Specialty dining was very good.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We have done 4 of the 5 speciality dinings and all are great. The lunch in the cafeteria is exactly the same everyday so kinda boring. The venetian is not open for lunch on port days, but at sea it is. Dinner is good each night. They have cheapened down their food now forcing you to do specialty dining if you want lobster, or escargot. But all in all good food. The servers are all very friendly.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We aren't doing to many activities. The stardust shows are good, some of the game shows are good. People seem to enjoy the music around the ship. I am enjoying my balcony instead.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Its enjoble. The comedian was really good this trip.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone has been very nice. Anthony are cabin steward is very good.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The design could be more user friendly. To many floors don't go through. It is clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was very nice although the bathroom was laid out wierd. Toilet area is way to small. Anthony our cabin steward was great.

Ship tip

Know everything before embarking. Study the floor plan before getting on, not all floors go through. Norwegian will cancel ports if the weather is bad. But have a good time anyway.

Disembarkation

We were way overdue getting into port so disembarking was way behind.
