Review summary

The only negative thing was norweigns calling us the morning on our way to ship notifying us of the change in itineraries. Luckily I was in a group online and someone shared the news at 10pm the night before so I could repack.....there were people on ship who had no notice

I honestly wouldn’t have changed a thing. An unexpected change in plans was just what we needed. Sometimes spontaneous just works!

I am pretty sure we met you just before you were getting on, we said to you so sorry you are not going to Bermuda but you said oh well at least we are going somewhere. Nice to see you had a good attitude and were determined to make the most of it. Glad you had a good time despite the last minute changes.

I was on the ship and we had a great time. The last day we did the biking excursion in Bar Harbor and we then went back to the ship where everyone was by the pool in bathing suits having a great time. It was 80 and sunny. We also went for a run outside the ship the day before and it was gorgeous then. I was just happy to be away with my husband, and not the poor families who WERE affected by the hurricane. We were lucky in my opinion. Bermuda will be there next year. Sometimes people need to look at what they do have instead of what they don’t. My cousin in NC now has no home. I’ll take a rerouted cruise over that any day....

The contract you signed says no guarantee on ports of call and itinerary.

That was the only negative thing? I also was on that cruise and was very disappointed. It was so cold and windy you could not sit out by the pool or on your balcony. This is not my idea of a vacation. The ports in Canada were horrible and so boring. Bar Harbor was nice but I live 20 minutes from there so there's that. I do agree the staff is very nice, however, it would have been nice if they gave us the option to reschedule our trip or get reimbursed but that didn't happen. This was my 5th trip on Norwegian to Bermuda and it will be my last.

Nice cruise, disappointing Itinerary change

Would not cruise NCL again regardless of destination - disappointed on many levels even thou expectations were reasonable and I'm not a normal complainer type, but a appreciative and glass half full person
