Review summary

Food service was horrible. Almost every night we had long wait times and servers rarely revisited, one even went on his hour long lunch break after serving our drinks. Additionally, we were made to feel as though we were bothering them when we asked for something while dining.

we just got back and we ate in either a dining room or specialty dining room every night of the cruise and the food was delivered very quickly and was always hot. I don't understand what the waiting was all about and certainly did not see that for myself. This stuff are very hard-working people and are very polite.

Some times, it looked like they weren't happy or not treated well enough by Norwegian that morale could've been affected. That's why we showed that their job meant something and tipped them. We don't think they make enough.
