Review summary

We really enjoyed this cruise.  Good entertainment and activities.  Food was just ok.  Didn't like having to pay for room service and had to take cold showers

Been on NCL many times. The knobs on shower are tricky..just have to adjust them a few times and you'll get the hang of it...but be careful..hot water is Very hot!!

I took hot showers every day! All you have to do is turn it to the HOT position. Its usually spot thats red!

Yes, room service was always free until the new CEO came in board. We cruised Holland America in February of this yr and room service was free. Royal Caribbean's room service is free until midnight. Midnight until 5 AM There is a small charge.

There is a way to make the water warmer. The knob in the shower. I was on this ship 2010 from February 7-21 a back to back. Next time, call housekeeping to get help.
