Norwegian Dawn 7 Night Cruise, Feb 7 - 14, 2016

Sail Date: February 07, 2016

Reviewed: 9 months ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

We were a group of nine, ages 12 through 50+. Primary reason for cruise: 4 high school seniors celebrating pre-graduation. Included were 4 parents & a kid brother. We were thrilled at having FOUR ports of call. First time we'd been on Norwegian; first time cruise EVER for 5 of us. Disappointed in lack of attractions for kids/preteens/teens; Carnival Cruise lines had this Norwegian ship beat. Rooms were lovely, crew (all except one snobby rude hostess at main dining room) were great, food was good (best breakfast buffet ever had). Shows were spectacular!Big Smile

Embarkation and Disembarkation
Norwegian needs to update their records FAST on disembarkation day!!! Two of us in our group (myself included) were refused disembarkation because Norwegian didn't update their computer information quickly (at least an hour after accounts had been settled). VERY embarrassing and time consuming.
