Disappointing NCL cruise

Sail Date: December 20, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Poor attitude of Guest Services Staff--too quick to say no, but have a nice day.  Refurbished ship, Dawn, needs to be retired.  Food in main dining was often cool to barely warm.

This is not what we are used to on NCL past cruises.  What has happened?  NCL is not our first choice for cruises after this experience.  We were not the only ones disappointed.  Lots of complaints were heard by me.

Cabin / Stateroom
Husband is in wheelchair. Handicap room worked well for us. It was kept clean by steward, Venier. He did a great job & very friendly.

Ship size of about 2,000 is good size--better than 4,000. NCL staff accommodate customers better without being overwhelmed by too many passengers.
