Review summary

Our trip lost a day in Bermuda due to a medical emergency (though no fault of NCL) however, we arrived Sunday evening to a deserted Dockyard -everything closed at 6PM on Sunday and NCL gave a Wednesday morning departure at 6AM to make up for it - sad since everything closed at 6PM except for restaurants :(.  The food was fair at best except for the specialty restaurants which are difficult to get into because of the dining option - which is not worth it.  Would recommend the drink option if it's for you. Staff was outstanding, though.

Loved the balcony though - stay on starboard sign better view when in Bermuda unless you like people watching.

Ship tip

This ship arrives in Bermuda at the end of the island which is not convenient to everything, so you must pay to shuttle or ferry yourself to Hamilton. perhaps docking in Hamilton would negate the inconvenience of losing a day/ gaining a night would have been acceptable because shops would be open.
