Review summary
The trip on a whole was great except for the room. It was for my 75th and husbands 80th birthday. We booked the Owners suite on the front of the ship, no balcony,just all windows. Since we don't get off the ship much, we wanted a great view. Out of 4 windows in the bedroom, you could only see out of 2 of them. The main room was just as bad. The seal on the double pane broke and it caused the windows to fog up between the 2 layers of glass. Norwegian had to have known about this problem for quite a while. We contacted customer service, and 2 weeks later, the gave us credit (1/4 of our cost) to be used on a future cruise. I will say that the staff was the greatest we have ever had. Will we go back to Norwegian again? Yes!! We'll just stay away from the front windows.
