Disappointed honeymooner

I totally relate to your experience, most of our trouble were with staff and crew. This was our honeymoon, we were married June 24th and my mother and godmother put this together as a surprise honeymoon leaving July 5th! We were all so excited, what they put me through was pure torture. they took their money in advance before I even got on the boat, but every day I was getting letters and messages to come down to get services so we didn't get to spend much time on any of the islands. We only visited three, and the longest we got to spend on any was 5 hours and I'm being kind. I am so sorry you had a bad experience too, I did get the towel animals once I told my Steward on day two it was our honeymoon he made a swans which were cute. But I was so afraid of this bowl literally just leaving me somewhere, they were continuously threatening us with messages on the phone and would deactivate our key card so we couldn't even leave the check! This entire cruise was a honeymoon gift, and we went through an agent so they would know all that along with Norwegian, and it was just awful. The finance woman did not speak English, only Chinese she told me. They had me wake my mother up at 11:30 p.m. to fax something, only to tell her after she had everything set up that they do not have a fax on the boat. I'm sorry I'm venting, but my title to my review is "single-handedly ruined our honeymoon and first cruise" ... We were not the only ones that had trouble, some people had no water for over five days some no hot water some none at all, I wish I can find help of who to complain to because I'm the boat they were taking the postcard out (there were so many they could not fit, but where do the ones that you pulled out go then? I never got an answer to that.) They also told me I must make my balance to $0.00, or they keep the rest because they put me on their gift card and then cash, when I was using an American Express Delta SkyMiles card oh, now I find out that they charged me for all of that. anyway, again I'm so sorry we plan on trying to do a mock second honeymoon when we can afford it because this took every penny we had and we are literally homeless now that we got back. obviously I had a lot going on in my life that my family just wanted me to have something nice for once, and I feel so bad telling them everything that they've done to me but they need to know because they paid for it.
