Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Buffet line usually cold food, same thing served everyday, no variety. The best dessert on the cruise was ice cream. The chocolate dessert was served on the buffet line cafeteria style. On other Norwegian Ships it is done in a beautiful dining room, this ship does not know presentation. Freestyle dining, reserations recommened, but they would not take them from 6:30 to 8:30 it was a first come first serve in a few of the restaurants. The Dawn did not have good food.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Not a big variety, no basketball. If they did it was not advertised, we read the paper each day.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Most were excellent, some better than others.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It was extremely clean. No drink service on decks when laying in the front of the boat. Only by pool area that was way too small fo 2800 passengers.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Ports of call

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

3 out of 5
A little too crowded.

King's Wharf, Bermuda

Don't Miss: Horseshoe Beach & Bus ride

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5

Pros: Bermuda, a beautiful place

Cons: Food usually cold on buffet line, no variety. Not enough pool space for 2800 passengers
