Definitely a one and done itinerary. And will not book the Breakaway unless it undergoes refurbishment

The NYC transportation and port experience was a total fiasco. Waited 3 1/2 hours at JFK for cruise line arranged transportation to ship and 3 hours from ship to JFK.

Jerrec, I absolutely agree with that. I honestly didn’t even see any wear and tear when I was on the Breakaway. I was too busy enjoying my cruise

It goes into drydock in February. Agree it needs new carpet and some touch up, but I don’t know why those little things ruin a cruise.

I was on the breakaway in May and didn’t notice the ship smelling of cigarette smoke and I am very sensitive to that. Glad to hear it’s going into dry dock soon. All cruise ships get very heavy use week after week and need some TLC every so often

It will go to the dry dock soon. Not sure about the upgrades. Carpet is absolutely needed.
