Would never recommend NCL to anyone. There wasn’t much to be happy about. Cagneys and burn the floor were the only two things that were good on a 7 night cruise. That’s pathetic.

Everyone seemed very unhappy on this ship. There was no employee who seemed happy or even not unhappy. Wait staff particularly was not good. We had one waiter who insisted on removing my daughter’s bowl of soup before she was finished with it. He literally pulled it out from under her as she was honing onto it saying I’m not finish. He yelled at her to give it to him. Shameful. The room steward was ok. Nothing great but not terrible. I couldn’t point to one person who impressed me in any way.

The layout of this ship was not good. Particularly the deck with the casino and the deck with the pool/buffet. Terribly layout. There were always dishes everywhere. And litter. And the smoke from the casino and other areas was choking.

Cabin was ok. Nothing special but not the worst. Clean enough. Balcony was small.
