No smile from anyone. From Starbucks, buffet, maintain dining. Everyone looks unhappy to be there. Customer service needs to be retrained. We cruise alot and this one was disappointing.

It was clean but old and outdated. Smoke area was like a chicken coop. Everyone is packed in there on a big ship. Very disappointing

Terrible awful never again

Glad we went once but probably won't cruise again
