The cruise line expedited my daughter due to her disability making the process faster.

Onboard Activities

The pools were great. The lifeguard Glenn was especially AWESOME with the children and really enjoys his job. The outdoor sports activities and special slides were closed for a lot of the trip which is the only reason I selected "good" instead of 'excellent.'

Service and Staff

The staff for the dining room TASTE were not very friendly in comparison to the other dining rooms. The manager for Savor was SUPERB and interacted with the children and was very comforting to them.

My only complaint is that the linens were tattered and actually had holes in the seems. The foundation for the bunk bed was also broken which made a lump in the mattress. The housekeeping staff also did not change the linens while we were there except when requested.

The fees are crazy! Everything is an extra charge to get off the boat. The staff at the "resorts" are quite rude and get somewhat aggressive when you tip $5 american dollars. The food at PlayaMia also was not very tasty and very expensive. Everything is priced very high for tourist prices.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

The taxi fares here are $20 USD per person!!!!!! for a taxi ride. Also, to access the beach, SURPRISE (not) you have to pay a resort fee and extra for food/drinks. The island is very dilapidated. The beach is full of locals harrassing you to purchase their products. You can use a credit card for purchases but there's a 19% service fee which they do not tell you about before hand.

The only port worth getting off the boat for. Such a vibe. Food was good, all of the shops are centralized.
