Review summary

Would not cruise on this ship and port again. The wait staff needs to be more attentive.

Embarkation

The link for embarkation was crowed and slow as this was only the second embarkation the ship had made in New Orleans. The line began to get very crowed as we neared the escalators. At the top of the escalators the people were not able to move. Those coming up the escalators crashed into those on the upper level. It was very very scary and dangerous. We hid behind Pilar in order to protect ourselves from the crowd crashing into each other. Someone was finally able to push the emergency power source and shut off the escalators. No one working there came to check how we were doing.

Main dining room was not nearly as good as other NCL ships we have been on. Service was slow and staff seemed to be very distracted.

Just got off the Breakaway the day you boarded. We had a great time. But New Orleans port has a lot to be desired. Thanks for sharing
