I did my homework and will be happy to sail the Breakaway next week. It is all about personal expectations and personal experiences. Reviews in which is only mentioned 'it was very disappointing' might be good to reflect frustration but does not help any of the readers if not explained why.

We sailed on Breakaway last year and had a brilliant time. We will be on Epic the end of May for a Mediterranean cruise. We have found in our travels in 7 countries and all over the States, if you do your homework and are reasonable in your expectations, you'll have the best possible time.

I've cruised on Breakaway 2 times. Enjoyed both cruises. In fact, in 2 weeks going NY to Rome on Breakaway. Have never expected Crystal Cruise experience on NCL.

I was on the same cruise and had a great experience! The food everywhere, including the buffet, was hot and fresh. I will agree regarding the ice- it was often out in the evenings. Sorry you didn't enjoy your time on ship.

I wrote you and on the breakway of 2014 because I did my posting voice. I went on the Breakaway in 2014 and I'm sorry that your experience was not good. Nothing is 100% and a lot of things have changed since covid but I must say that the pandemic is over and things should be back to normal.

You went on the breakway in 2014 which of course was way before covid. Things have changed and I'm sorry that your experience wasn't good. We had gone on the getaway and it was good. The only part we missed was the island because of the wind. And that was told to us in the morning of that we were supposed to go. So instead of Pharmacy days we had six and a half I guess in that area. Also with that, we went to Port Canaveral and we were supposed to have an overnight and that was taken away. Did you have good room service, where the cruise director and assistant cruise director, the people that you saw such as the officers and other staff such as guests services are nice? There are many people behind the scenes that you do not see such as laundry, the engineers the captain the staff captain and other people that you do not see so you cannot base that on your bad experience.
