We paid extra for a balcony suite. Upon boarding at the required time, we discovered our suite was not clean and had to wait a couple of hours for them to clean it. It took even longer for our luggage to arrive. Our so-called queen bed was 2 twin beds put together. We were otherwise comfortable in our cabin
