If I were you I would think long and hard about going with this cruise company/ship.

Food and Dining

For people on a specialty diet there were no items on the buffet that stated Gluten Free just as an example. Went to Taste on embarkation day so I could get something to eat. Nothing but one appetizer said it was gluten free which was a salad. I tried to order a sandwich without the bread and was told they could not do it for me. They offered me another salad. I was very upset for paying the money we did to have the cruise start off that poorly.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
The on board activities were usually in the atrium and there were I am going to guess maybe 60-80 seats. The ship had close to 4,000 people on it so you could not join in a lot of times for not having a place to sit.
Entertainment

The comedian was great.
Children's Programs

Service and Staff

Moises and the guy he was paired up with in Taste was really nice. Our Room steward was the best as well.
Ship Quality

Clean but poor design
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, the bed was super close to the closet, the balcony was on the smaller side chairs had to sit sideways instead of facing the ocean. Filled out paper for special disability and it seems like I was not offered anything. No distilled water (thanks to my quick thinking before we left to embark that I put two small bottles of distilled water in my checked baggage. No extension cord so I am glad I brought one with me. No plugs or usb next to the bed.
We did Fantacy Island. It is not worth paying $279.00 per person to go there. Food was lousy and they did not even have any type of diet soda. Tour guide was nice but she always went to get drinks for us. Buffet had about 15 items on it and I am not much into drinking alcohol so definitely not worth the money. Would never go back. I am not even sure that I would pay $50 a person to go.
Chakanaab beach and snorkel. Tour guide was great, snorkeling was not the best for me because you have to be a great swimmer because you have to swim out to see the reef. The tour guide taught us how to make guacamole. We ate lunch there and the food was really good. We also had a tequila tasting.
Our Cabin was at the very back of the ship and we had to walk all the way to the front then go out onto the deck and walk all the way to the back, walk through the dining room and then put on the port side deck and walk all the way forward.
I did get a hold of the cruise line prior to sailing with them. They had me complete a disability form for my dietary restrictions. They knew more than two months before we sailed on them.
The location of any given cabin in relation to the stairs are easily found on the deck plans. The availability of special needs diets can’t be taken for granted, a phone call to the cruise line ahead of time might have helped.
