the staff tried hard, but you could tell they were over worked. Our room steward had his room count go from 16 rooms to 22 rooms and only 1 service per day, no turn down at night.

Wow, NCL needs to cut back on the enormous salaries it's top execs receive before resorting to slave labor

Lots of cutbacks lately. I read an article that returning to the traditional muster drill was a cost saving decision. With eMuster, they need employees at multiple muster locations for a long period of time (hours) vs. a relatively short period of time (30-45 min) for the traditional muster drill.
