Review summary

Would sail Norwegian again probably from a different port. We spent 3 hours just parking & getting through security at the port. Once we were on the ship & in the haven, we had an amazing experience.

The port of New Orleans was disorganized. This has nothing to do with Norwegian & was simply poor planning at the port.

Water slides & ropes course were a hit with kids! The fitness center was more than adequate as well.

The comedy shows were great! Six the musical was amazing!

We did not use these services as they would not allow my 12 year old to use the teen club (even though his 13th birthday was in 2 weeks).

Great service from room steward & also from the haven staff. Only improvement would be that the day butler did not come around much.

I have to agree with you regarding the port of NOLA embarking and disembarking. Two years ago we sailed from there on the same ship and it was awful. The Haven was awesome though.
