the haven staff are beyond words. They service was impeccable. Knew your name quickly and anticipated your every want and went beyond the call of duty.
Angie, who did my pedicure was absolutely a face of sunshine.

Everything was nice and clean looking. Covid protocol was present, although I felt bad that staff had to wear masks.

Overall the cabin was just right. The only issue what’d was trying to get in a high bed

If you are staying in the haven and are short and squatty, ask for a step stool to use at your bed and if you need a handicapped room get one.And enjoy your cruise
Cruise/ airport transportation bus is not handicapped accessible, which presents quite a problem for loading and unloading.at the New Orleans airport, the bus driver was right at the curb and boarding for me, a short squatty mobility challenged 69 year old woman worked well; However boarding from the port to the airport in New Orleans was a whole different matter. Trying to get on the bus from the parking lot to the first step on w bus as a nightmare, especially after dislocating my shoulder to get on the bus.
